Instruction, Training, and Competition

Open to grades Kindergarten through High School Senior.

Part of the Bergen Four League which includes Dumont, Cresskill, Oradell and Tenakill (Tenafly)!

 We are a recreational team focused on developing swimmers using a fun approach with a focus on enthusiasm!  We provide a nurturing environment to guide our athletes towards the maximum development of their ability. 

Our program is centered on promoting high self-esteem and goal achievement through the pursuit of personal excellence while encouraging kids to become well rounded. 

It is our belief that the process of achieving is as significant as 

realizing the achievement itself. We coach our swimmers to seek 

development in all competitive strokes and events.  

Our goals for our swimmers is for them to learn . . .

• Patience: Learning to wait your turn when your coach is working with another swimmer.
• Teamwork: Learning to put the team’s success and others before yourself.
• Empathy: Encouraging your teammates throughout the season.
• Respect: Being a part of a group where there is understanding of others. 
• Dedication: "Stick-to-it-ness" to overcome challenges and strive for excellence. 

Season runs from July 6th - July 23rd

Meets are held on Saturday and Wednesday mornings
